Couples therapy isn't just for couples in crisis-- although it can be useful for weathering those moments as well-- if you are simply feeling 'stuck' or stagnant in your partnership, or you are at a difficult crossroads and need help untangling your feelings in a neutral space.

Couples therapy can also be useful pre-marriage to help clarify expectations, roles, goals for the future, help with communication styles, and all of the stress that wedding planning brings up (or that future mothers in law bring up...).
